HELLO I AM JANEAnnex 1: Approved yellow fever vaccine producers Annex 2: List of countries endemic for yellow fever and list of countries requesting yellow fever vaccination for travellers coming from endemic countries Annex 3: International[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] Health Regulations Health is the functional and/or metabolic[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] efficiency of an organism, [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]at any moment in time,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] at both the cellular and global levels.[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] In any organism, health is the ability to efficiently respond to challenges (stressors)[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and effectively restore and sustain a "state of balance," known [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] as homeostasis. Sickness is merely the absence of health. All organisms,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] from the simplest to the most complex, reside on a spectrum between 100% health and 0% health.[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]One[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] widely accepted definition [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of health is that of the World [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] Health Organization (WHO). It states that "health [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is a state of complete physical, mental and social [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" (WHO, 1946). In more recent years, this statement [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] has been modified [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to include the ability to lead a "socially and economically productive [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] life." The WHO definition is not without [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] criticism, as some argue that [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] health cannot be defined as a state at all, but must be seen as a process of continuous adjustment [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to the changing [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] demands of living and of the changing [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] meanings we give [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to life. The WHO definition [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is therefore considered by many as an idealistic goal rather than a realistic [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] proposition. The LaLonde report [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] suggested that there are four general determinants of health which he called "human biology",[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] "environment", "lifestyle", and "healthcare organization"[1] Thus, [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] health is maintained through the science and practice of medicine, but can also be improved by individual effort. Physical fitness, weight loss, healthy [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] eating, stress [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] management training and stopping smoking and other substance [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] abuse are examples of steps to improve one's health. Workplace [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] programs are recognized [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] by an increasingly large number of companies for their value [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] in improving health and well-being of their employees,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and increasing morale,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] loyalty and productivity at work. A [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] company may provide a gym with exercise equipment, start [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] smoking cessation programs, provide [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] nutrition, weight or stress management training. Other programs may include health [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] risk assessments,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] health screenings and body mass index monitoring. An increasing [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] measure of the health [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of populations is height,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] which is strongly [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] regulated by nutrition and health [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] care, among other [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] standard of living [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and quality of life matters.[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] The study of human [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] growth, its regulators [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and its implications is known as auxology.Wellness [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is a term [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] sometimes used [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to describe the psychological [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] state of being [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] healthy, but is most [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] often used [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] in the field of [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] alternative medicine [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to describe one's state of being.Physical [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] exercise is the performance [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of some activity in [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] order to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health.[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] It is often directed [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] toward also honing [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] athletic ability or skill. Frequent [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and regular physical [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] exercise is an [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] important component [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] in the prevention of some [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of the diseases of affluence such as cancer, heart disease, cardiovascular [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] disease, Type [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] 2 diabetes and obesity.Exercises [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] are generally grouped into [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] three types depending [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] on the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] overall effect they have on the human body:Flexibility [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] exercises such as stretching improve [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] the range of motion [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of muscles [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and joints. Aerobic [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] exercises such as walking [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and running focus [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] on increasing cardiovascular [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] endurance. Anaerobic [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] exercises such as weight [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] training or sprinting [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] increase short-term muscle [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] strength. Physical exercise [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is considered important [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] for maintaining [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] physical fitness including [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] healthy weight; building [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and maintaining healthy [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] bones, muscles,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and joints; promoting [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] physiological well-being; reducing [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] surgical risks;[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and strengthening the immune system.Proper [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] nutrition is at [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] least as important [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to health as exercise. When [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] exercising it becomes [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] even more important to have good [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] diet to ensure [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] the body has the correct ratio of macronutrients [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] whilst providing ample micronutrients,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] this is to aid the body [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] with the recovery process following [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] strenuous exercise.Proper [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] rest and recovery is also as important [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to health as exercise, otherwise [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] the body exists in a permanently [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] injured state and will not improve or adapt adequately to the exercise. The [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] above two factors can be compromised by psychological [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] compulsions (eating disorders such [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] as exercise bulimia, anorexia, and other bulimias), misinformation, a lack of organization, [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] or a lack of motivation. These all lead to a decreased state [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of health.Delayed [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] Onset Muscle Soreness [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] can occur after any kind of exercise, particularly if the body is in [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] an unconditioned state relative [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to that exercise.[edit]HygieneHygiene [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is the maintenance of healthy [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] practices. In modern terminology, this is usually regarded as a particular reference to cleanliness. The term Hygiene originates as [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] a reference to Hygieia, who was a daughter of Asclepius and the goddess of health,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] cleanliness and sanitation. The related term personal grooming/grooming [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] means to enhance one's physical appearance or appeal for others, by removing obvious [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] imperfections in one's appearance or improving one's hygiene.Outward signs of good hygiene include the absence of visible dirt (including dust and stains on clothing) or of bad odor/smells. Since the development [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of the germ theory of disease, hygiene has come to mean any practice leading to the absence of harmful levels of bacteria.G'night
